Store Policy


​Processing time for all orders is currently UP TO 6 WEEKS. Products are made to order! Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Orders are completed in the order that we receive payment. Please note processing time does not include shipping time. Orders can be shipped out earlier than the time frame depending on the amount of orders we receive.


We currently ship worldwide! For international shipping the timeframe is 7-21 business days! 

Upon placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email/text that you provided with your order. If you have not received an order confirmation email/text please reach out to us! 

All packages come with tracked shipping! You will receive an email/text with your tracking number once your order is completed and ready to be shipped!

Trendy Threads is not responsible for any custom fees or shipping delays. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All claims should be made directly to the post office. 


If your package is returned to us for an incorrect address or is undeliverable we will reach out to you with the email you have provided on your order to either reship your package or if you’d like a refund instead MINUS SHIPPING COST. Trendy Threads will not be held responsible for paying shipping fees to resend packages. This will be the customers responsibility in order to create a new shipping label with the updated address. Upon placing your order please double check your shipping address! If you need to update your shipping address upon placing your order please reach out to us!



Please reach out if you would like a refund. Refunds will only be issued if your order has not been made yet. We do not accept exchanges or returns. Personalized items are NON REFUNDABLE. Please double check the size and item before checkout! Please contact us within 24 hours if you'd like to make a change to your order! (size/item) All sizes are unisex and runs true to size! We only accept returns if a mistake is made on our end! (damaged product, wrong color, wrong size, etc.) Please reach out to us if this occurs upon receiving your order! We will fix the issue and make it right!
